Repair and Rehab Program

The purpose of the Repair and Rehabilitation Program is to provide the opportunity for low-income Pokagon Band Citizens to have repairs made to their homes. Repairs shall not exceed $30,000.00.

Eligibility requirements:

  1. Pokagon Band Elder, or

  2. Pokagon Band Citizen with Pokagon Band Children in the Household 13yrs or under, or

  3. Non-Member with Pokagon Band Children in the Household 13yrs or under, or

  4. Pokagon Band Citizen who is physically disabled.

  5. Meet low income requirements.

  6. Live within the 10 county service area

  7. Does not owe debt to tribe

  8. Must have lived in and occupied home for 3 or more years

  9. Repairs shall not exceed equity in home
