Home Loan Guarantee Program
184 Loan Program

The purpose of the Home Loan Guarantee Program is to provide Pokagon Band Members with the opportunity to obtain conventional loans from private home lenders by guaranteeing the loans through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development or other Federal or State agencies.

Eligibility requirements:

  1. Pokagon Band Citizen

  2. Lender must participate in the Home Loan Guarantee Program

  3. Agree to attend counseling as required by the Housing Department or Lender
