The Pokagon Band Department of Housing provides other services to Pokagon Band Citizens; such as home inspections, credit counseling, budgeting classes, as well as distribution of carbon monoxide detectors and smoke alarms. Please contact the Pokagon Band Department of Housing at (269) 783-0443 to inquire about programs you may be eligible for.

The following are requirements for all Housing Programs with the exception of the Well & Septic and the Student Temporary Housing Assistance Programs. Some programs may have additional requirements.

1. Enrolled Pokagon Band Member 18ys or older, a Non- Pokagon Band Member who have custody of minor Pokagon Band children in the household or a Pokagon Band Member who is an emancipated minor.
   
   
2. Meet low income requirements.
   
   
3. Live within the 10 county services area
   
   
4. Fill out Housing Programs Pre-application
   
   
5. Does not owe debt to tribe
   
   
6. Provide proof of income for everyone residing in home.
