Citizen Services

Basic Computer Troubleshooting and Maintenance Services Did you know that IT provides free basic personal computer repair services? IT does not, however, repair monitors, printers, cellphones, tablets, or other computer peripheral equipment. Tribal citizens are solely responsible for the purchase of all hardware components and/or software needed to repair or maintain personal computers. Call us to make an appointment at (269) 462-4269. Most work on personal computers can be completed within ten business days, depending on workloads. Maintenance may include services such as operating system security patching, spyware removal, hard drive surface scan, hard drive defragment, virus removal, and dust removal.

If you need help after hours, you may call the main line and your call will be transferred to one of our IT technicians.

Electronics Recycling IT can assist with recycling of non-hazardous electronics, with the exception of TVs. Please contact the IT Service Desk to discuss any electronic devices you may wish to recycle.
