Tuesdays & Thursdays

This 30 minute class is designed to maximize your current level of fitness. The class allows you to work at your own pace and is appropriate for those just beginning or seasoned enthusiasts. There is a lower body focus on Tuesdays and an upper body/core emphasis on Thursdays. Classes improve cardio fitness, increase muscle endurance, and create a lasting calorie burn.
